I’m Eldar Khazirov, and my American journey started on June 6, 2006, when I landed in Philadelphia. Born on February 5, 1984, I wasted no time pursuing my goals—obtaining my standard driver’s license that same year.
By 2007, I had elevated my credentials by earning a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in Philadelphia, marking the beginning of my professional driving career. Working as an Owner Operator gave me the independence I valued, allowing me to balance my passion for driving with my personal interests. Outside of work, I pursued competitive F1 racing as a serious hobby, channeling my love for speed and precision into the sport.
My first professional position came in 2007 with Saturn Auto Trans LLC, where I specialized in automobile transportation throughout the state. This role provided invaluable experience, and I remained with the company for five years, building my reputation and expertise.
September 2012 brought unexpected opportunity when Hurricane Sandy devastated New York. With widespread power outages and food shortages, many drivers refused to enter the affected areas. Multiple companies reached out, recognizing the urgent need for reliable drivers willing to make critical deliveries. This led me to transition to Traveloko Inc., where I continued operating under an Owner Operator contract through 2016.
Family considerations prompted my relocation from Philadelphia to Jacksonville, Florida in 2015. The following year, an attractive business opportunity led me to join AD FREIGHT INC. as an Owner Operator—a partnership that would span nearly a decade, lasting until 2025.
Throughout my career, I’ve maintained the entrepreneurial spirit that first drew me to owner-operated work, building relationships and delivering excellence across every mile.
